How do I become an O’Rewards member?
- Visit www.OReillyAuto.com/orewards-loyalty-program, click “Create an Account” and follow the prompts to enter your contact information and setup your account preferences.
- Stop by any O’Reilly Auto Parts store and ask one of our Parts Professionals to assist you in signing up for the O’Rewards program.
Who can join the O’Rewards program?
Membership in the program is free and no purchase is necessary to apply for a membership. Program membership is open to all U.S. and Puerto Rico residents (excluding all U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico) at least 18 years old. O'Reilly team members, their immediate family members living in the same household, and professional customers are not eligible to participate.

How do I manage my O’Rewards account online?
- If you have already created an account online, visit www.oreillyauto.com/orewards-loyalty-program and log in.
- If you enrolled in-store with an email address, visit www.oreillyauto.com/orewards-loyalty-program and click “Create An Account”. Provide the required contact and login information, check the box next to “I already have an O’Rewards account” and follow the link to “Find My O’Rewards Account”. Follow the prompts to complete registration.
- Members who enroll in-store with a physical address will not have access to their account online until they provide an email address. Stop by any store, and our Parts Professionals will assist you with updating your contact information, or visit www.oreillyauto.com/orewards-loyalty-program and follow the prompts to create an online account.

How does the program work?
Members receive points on all qualifying purchases. For every 150 points earned, members will receive a $5 reward, which will be issued via email or U.S. mail (depending on the member’s communication preferences). There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. Some items and services are ineligible for reward points, including:
- Taxes
- Special orders/outside purchases
- Shipping charges
- Purchasing and loading a gift card
- Core deposits
- Environmental fees
- Returns
- Refunds
- Commercial account purchases
- Transactions paid for with a fleet card
- Loaner tool deposits
- Event ticket sales

What can I purchase with my earned rewards?
You may redeem your earned rewards on most items in our stores and at OReillyAuto.com. Total purchase price, before tax, must be equal to or greater than the value of your reward.
Please note, the following exclusions do apply:
- Combinations of multiple coupons
- Gift cards
- Commercial account purchases
- Promotional coupons may not be used on sale merchandise

What if I made a purchase but points were not added to my account?
The following rules apply:
- No credit is applied for purchases made prior to membership
- No credit is applied for purchases more than 30 days old
- No credit is applied for receipts within 24 hours of purchase
- Members may not request more than two (2) receipt credits per month
- Credits may take up to two (2) days to post to your account
