O'Reilly O'Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The O'Reilly O'Rewards Program ("Program") is a loyalty program offered by O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. ("O'Reilly") to its loyal customers. Each customer who is eligible and participates in the Program is referred to as a "Member." Participation in the Program is subject to and conditioned upon each customer agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as well as any rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program which are available at www.oreillyauto.com/orewards-faq. Each Member's participation in the Program and these Terms and Conditions form the agreement between each such Member and O'Reilly. O'Reilly reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of the Program or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Membership

Membership in the Program is free and no purchase is necessary to apply for a membership. Program membership is open to all U.S. and Puerto Rico residents (excluding all U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico) at least 18 years old. Enrolling is easy with two convenient options:

  • Visit www.OReillyAuto.com/create-account, click “Create an Account” and follow the prompts to enter your contact information and setup your account preferences.You are now ready to begin earning points towards rewards.
  • Stop by any O'Reilly Auto Parts store and ask one of our Parts Professionals to assist you in signing up for the O’Rewards program. You are now ready to begin earning points toward rewards. A customer may not join the Program without providing accurate name, phone number and either email information or mailing address. O'Reilly is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards, including due to a change of address or other contact information. Each Member is liable for any taxes arising from such Member's participation in the Program, including the value of any reward that is redeemed and received by each such Member. Membership in the Program is subject to the following conditions:

1.O'Reilly reserves the right to refuse to provide membership or a membership card to any customer who fails to follow Program enrollment procedures or provide required information;

2.O'Reilly reserves the right to limit the total number of cards and Members in the Program;

3.O'Reilly reserves the right to change or limit the geographic eligibility of Members;

4.O'Reilly reserves the right to terminate memberships, void rewards, or take any other action permitted by law for any reason including no reason at all, arising from a Member's violation of any law, breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of any rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program;

5.O'Reilly reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership or Program card which has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information and all Program points earned for that membership shall be forfeited;

6.O'Reilly reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate a Member's enrollment in the Program after twenty-four (24) months of Membership account inactivity;

7.A Member must provide all required information to enroll and be eligible for rewards in the Program;

8.Members are liable for lost or stolen cards and O'Reilly reserves the right to replace such lost or stolen cards at O'Reilly's sole discretion;

9.Team members of O'Reilly and their dependents are not eligible to participate in the Program; and

10.O'Reilly commercial accounts are not eligible for membership

Use of Membership Card

Presenting an O'Rewards membership card upon checkout will allow for a smoother transaction, but it is not required. Prior to making a purchase, simply inform an O'Reilly Team Member about current O'Rewards membership and provide them with your phone number or O'Rewards loyalty card number. The O'Reilly Team Member may then locate Member's account in the O'Reilly system and ensure the appropriate credit is applied.
Within one week of reaching 150 points, Members who registered an email address will receive an email containing their O'Rewards reward. Members who did not register an email address will receive their O'Rewards reward via US mail within one month of accumulating 150 points. To redeem the reward towards the purchase of merchandise at an O'Reilly store location, a Member may simply print the email and bring it, or their O'Rewards coupon sent via US mail, to such store. To redeem online, Members should enter their alphanumeric reward code into the “Promo Code or O’Rewards Reward” box on the Cart Summary page of OReillyAuto.com. For each reward issued and used, 150 points shall be deducted from Member's account. Once points are redeemed, points cannot be credited back to Member's account.
  • A Member may redeem O'Rewards rewards on most items in O'Reilly stores and online at OReillyAuto.com. Total purchase price must be equal to or greater than the value of the O'Rewards reward. O'Rewards rewards expire 90 days from the date of issue, or after use.
  • Points are void if sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if received or used in violation of the Terms and Conditions herein. Points are not capable of being combined or transferred to any other type of Program offering or reward.

Please note, the following exclusions do apply:

  • Combinations of multiple coupons
  • Gift cards
  • Commercial account purchases

Program purchases, as reflected in O'Reilly records, shall be deemed correct and O'Reilly reserves the right to determine the qualification for any transaction and to correct or modify the Reward amount at any time based on O'Reilly records and calculation of account information.

Restrictions

Member points earned are non-transferrable, have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Any transfer or attempt to transfer Member's card or points shall be null and void and shall result in automatic cancellation of Member's card and forfeiture of Member's points. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of a Member's card is prohibited and shall result in termination or disqualification from the Program. Each Member's card is the property of O'Reilly and may be revoked at any time in the sole discretion of O'Reilly.

Additional Terms and Conditions

O'Reilly reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the Program at any time, with or without notice. A Member's continued participation in the Program constitutes such Member's acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is responsible for knowing and understanding any changes to the Program. For the most current version of the Terms and Conditions, a Member may visit https://www.oreillyauto.com/orewards-terms-and-conditions and such Terms and Conditions shall supersede any other prior versions of these Terms and Conditions.

O'Reilly reserves the right to seek all remedies, whether available at law or at equity, criminal or civil, in the event Member abuses the Program or Member's issued card, fails to follow these Terms and Conditions, or makes any misrepresentation to O'Reilly.

Limitation of Liability

O'Reilly shall not be liable nor shall it be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information; for communication, including Rewards, lost due to a change of Member's address or other contact information; for malfunctions or errors due to equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by a Member; for any interruption, or problem associated with any telephone communication or electronic transmission, including Internet connections; for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Program's website, or for any other technical or nontechnical error or malfunction whether caused by human error, act of God, or otherwise.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL O'REILLY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, TEAM MEMBERS, SUPPLIERS, OR ANY OTHER PARTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM OR REWARDS OFFERED THROUGH THE PROGRAM EVEN IF O'REILLY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, TEAM MEMBERS, SUPPLIERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF A MEMBER IS IMPROPERLY DENIED A REWARD, O'REILLY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE REWARD.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, O'REILLY AND ITS AFFILIATES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING ANY REWARDS, PRODUCTS, MERCHANDISE, AND/OR SERVICES OFFERED OR RECEIVED UNDER THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO SOME MEMBERS. MEMBERS AGREE TO RELY SOLELY ON THE MANUFACTURER'S APPLICABLE WARRANTY, IF ANY, FOR ANY REWARDS OR PRODUCTS REDEEMED OR PURCHASED THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions make up the entire agreement between eligible current or past Members and O'Reilly as to the subject matter in these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or other understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

The Program shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Members in the Program agree to submit solely to the jurisdiction of any appropriate court within Greene County, Missouri for adjudication of any disputes arising from the Program or these Terms and Conditions.

The O'Reilly O'Rewards Program is protected by Copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. Copyright laws. O'Reilly names, logos and trademarks are protected under state and federal trademark laws. Members are prohibited for using such names, logos and trademarks without O'Reilly written consent. All rights reserved.

By enrolling in the program you are automatically entered to receive advertising, marketing and other communications from O’Reilly Auto Parts and O’Reilly O’Rewards via mail, email, phone and various other channels. Company may use these channels to communicate member account status, product recalls, notify member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program features and benefits, offer special member promotions, coupons, information, offerings we believe may be of interest to you, and other information company deems applicable. Program Terms and Conditions as well as any rules, regulations, policies and procedures are void only to the extent prohibited by law.

Members may cancel participation in the Program, opt out of communications via mail, or request information about the Program by notifying the O'Reilly O'Rewards Program Administrator at O'Reilly Auto Parts, Attn: O'Reilly O'Rewards 233 South Patterson, Springfield, Missouri 65802.
